Hello, I’m Paul, a Business Development Specialist, Board Member of Make-A-Wish Pacific, and mentor for small businesses in NZ.

With a decade-long career in telecommunications, securing major accounts in the private and public sectors, I spent another decade in Asia-Pacific leading global organisations. I navigated emerging markets, building relationships with large-scale clients and constantly sought innovative ways to drive revenue.

In high-pressure environments where boards demanded results, my approach was never about chasing quick sales. Instead, I prioritised building lasting relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders to achieve a more sustainable outcome.

Bigger is Better, was born to transform the mindset of Kiwi business owners from chasing quick sales to taking time to build trust and value. My style is both collaborative and inclusive. I like to lead from the front, with my sleeves rolled up, and guide businesses to success.
